Steve Norris, D.D.S. Dr. Steve Norris, born in Baton Rouge, has been a resident of Monroe since 1966. After graduating from Neville High School, Dr. Norris attended ULM where he received a B.S. in Pharmacy. He earned both his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and his Orthodontic Certification from LSU in New Orleans. Dr. Norris and his spouse, Debbie are the proud parents of Cindy, Christi and Ashley and have one grandson, Bryce. Dr. Norris is a member of the Northeast Louisiana Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, The American Association of Orthodontics and the American Board of Orthodontics. He is affiliated with an international study group and frequently is involved in the development of new orthodontic products. Dr. Norris has been in practice in Monroe since 1985. He is a certified provider for Invisalign, OrthoClear and SureSmile. Dr. Norris enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, water and snow skiing and spending time with his family and friends. Dr. Sam Pulitzer Dr. Sam Pulitzer, born and raised in New Orleans, is the eldest of five siblings. He graduated from Rollins College in Orlando, Florida. Prior to attending Dental School, Dr. Sam served as Vice President of Merchandising for Wemco Industries, the largest necktie company in the world overseeing the development of all designs, including the merchandising of more than 20 designer or brand labels including the locally well-known brand "Tabasco". He is also a graduate of LSU School of Dentistry and also completed his Orthodontic Residency at LSU.
